We have started migrating data of select customers onto the All-New WineDirect. We will continually invite folks to join the platform while we work to build features.

Of course! Some wineries may want to wait for certain features to be completed before they migrate.

We want to ensure you have answers to all of your questions and feel comfortable migrating when the time comes.

No! In fact, we have an entire team dedicated to migrating your data for free as well as our onboarding team to walk you through the launch steps. Your data will be pre-populated for you (think: customers, orders, products). We will have several free website template options, with limitless Wordpress options. You'll have an all-in-one platform with everything you need to run your DTC business out of the gate - no partners or extra integrations needed.

In our efforts to bring the best all-in-one solution, we are giving wineries the tools they need to run their DTC wine business right out of the gate.

For those of you looking to customize. there are additional integrations, such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, and more which will be an additional fee charged by the app maker.

Our team, at no charge, will transfer over your data and website while you’re working on the system without interfering with your day-to-day work. After that, you’ll have access to see your site and set up a date to transfer. This will consider onboarding and training after you receive your credentials to start setting up everything, assisted by our teams, to be ready from day one on the new platform.

We will give you access to your site, where you can edit or bring in a designer to edit before switching to the new platform. If you would like to take this as an opportunity to redesign your website, you absolutely can!

We plan to upgrade all clients to the All-New WineDirect by June 2024. After that, we will discontinue support for Classic WineDirect.

Yes, similar to UPS, we integrate with your FedEx account as long as your shipping rates from FED/UPS are exactly what you want to display to the customer on website checkout. If you have a markup or markdown on it, we don't support that. You will need to manually create shipping strategy.

Yes! We have full integration with WordPress. We have a plugin connecting your WordPress front end to your back end via Big Commerce. We will also include some WordPress extras to help you get started!

Great news! A complete compliance solution is integrated with Avalara. WineDirect is partnering with Avalara to provide basic tax calculations included in your All-New WineDirect subscription. You also have the option to upgrade for comprehensive compliance management. More information here.
